FEASIBILITY STUDIES OR AUDIT,
a complete survey of clients’ development program to evaluate readiness for a charitable estate and gift planning
program. Includes interviews and input from leadership, volunteers and staff. A written action plan is presented to staff and leadership.


LEADERSHIP PRESENTATIONS,
a 1-3 hour mini-seminar on the need for a comprehensive, market-oriented charitable estate planning program and the financial benefits for both the charity and the donor. Recommended for leadership awareness and personal commitment to long range successful fund development. Special topic presentations available on request.

CULTIVATING PROFESSIONALS. Special services tailored to client needs in organizing an effective professional network of financial advisors to work for client in obtaining donor gift arrangements.


PLANNED GIVING NEWSLETTER AND BROCHURE PREPARATION AND PRODUCTION.
Designed to define the communication and promotion needs of target audiences, selection or preparation of written material to communicate program and guidance on the production and personalization necessary to receive
client responses.

TRAINING SESSIONS AND SEMINARS for development staff, volunteers and administration. A one-half or whole day educational session on the necessary steps to take in initiating and managing a comprehensive planned giving program.


CONSULTATION AGREEMENT--TELEPHONE.
Designed to enable the director of development and/or other development staff to successfully initiate and manage a comprehensive program with the limitations of time and budget by discussing planned giving situations with an experienced professional and deciding upon the proper and correct procedures to advance the gift situation. (see Agreements)


CONSULTATION AGREEMENT--ON SITE.
A retained fee arrangement designed to initiate and manage a charitable estate planning/planned gift
programs. Services include: 1. best approach to donors, 2. donor proposals, 3. financial advisor network development, 4. financial advisor proposal development, 5. selection and building of volunteer committees, 6. promotional plans, 7. promotional support material, and 8. technical advice.
